Dolly Lowe

Dolly Lowe is an 19 year old French/British singer-songwriter, actress and model performing in LA, NY, London Paris. Trained by the Franco Iranian opera/folk singer Ariana Vafadari Dolly directed her exceptional voice to the singing of jazz and blues. After meeting the late Barbara Morrison Dolly started to sing regularly with Barbara's band at the mythical LA club, Pips on La Brea. A recent collaboration with the multi instrumentalist Samuel Curtis extended her range to cover songs by composers such as Bob Dylan, John Prine. She is now performing regularly in clubs in LA and NYC as well as pursuing her acting and modelling careers with her manager Allan Mindel (Framework) and Click Models. She has been photographed notably by Bruce Weber, Tierney Gearon and Brigitte Lacombe.

Her main influences and inspirations are Peggy Lee, Bob Dylan, Fats Waller, Ella Fitzgerald, Liza Minelli, Sarah Vaughn, Jarvis Cocker, Nancy Wilson, Hoagy Carmichael, Etta James, Groucho Marx, Mahalia Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Julie London, Chet Baker, Fiona Apple and so on and so on..... to name a few!
